“Rebuilding, Reconnecting, Renewing, Restoring, Families and Communities”
Email us: Concernedrolemodelsllc@gmail.com
Concerned Role Models was founded in Philadelphia, by four graduates from Cheyney University (Elisha Morris, Norman Jones, Reuben Mills and Anthony Davis). After graduating these four young men worked in education and social services and in the summer of 1992, they recommitted their friendship with the determination to address the plight of students in urban cities, with mutual concern for at-risk youth across the country. They pledged to develop workshops that could address some of the needs and concerns of students primarily in urban school districts.
CRM began to collaborate with other positive people working in urban schools mentoring and modeling positive behavior while demonstrating both the importance and value of education, thus becoming Concerned Role Models.
Today, CRM continues to support and service at risk youth and families. We provide opportunities to help develop youth and families regardless of the three C’s (Class, Color, and Creed).
